1 Acceptance of Terms

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bed5777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC identity verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or automated betting as described in Section 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A prolonged period of inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months), after which the account may be designated dormant.

Voluntary Closure
